3. How to Participate

3.1 To participate, individuals must purchase a HOLY Collectors Box during the Entry Period.

3.2 Hidden inside ONE of these boxes is a HOLY Temple Ticket, which grants the winner a trip to Berlin.

4. Prize

4.1 The prize is a trip to Berlin for the winner and one additional guest. The experience includes:

Exploring the vibrant city of Berlin4.2 The Organiser will cover travel and accommodation costs for the winner and their guest.4.3 The prize cannot be negotiated, exchanged, or transferred. No cash alternative is available.

5. Claiming the Prize

5.1 The winner must email curtis@weareholy.com to claim the prize after finding the HOLY Temple Ticket inside their Collectors Box.

5.2 If the winner does not contact the Organiser by 15 January 2025, the right to the prize expires.

5.3 The Organiser may exclude participants who fail to comply with these terms or manipulate the giveaway.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Organiser is not liable for any damages resulting from participation in the giveaway or the use of the prize, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

6.2 The Organiser assumes no responsibility for defects or damages to the prize after delivery.

6.3 This limitation of liability does not apply to damages caused by injury to life, body, or health.
