Can't do without caffeine? You're not alone! Unfortunately, caffeine can also lead to unpleasant side effects such as heart palpitations or anxiousness. That's exactly why we rely on NewCaff®. This microencapsulated caffeine is released slowly in the body, providing a longer-lasting, consistent energy boost.

Soft drinks are usually full of sugar. Not HOLY: our drinks are sugar-free and contain no additives such as maltodextrin, but still taste delicious. We have inulin to thank for this. This fibre has many advantages over sugar or maltodextrin: it doesn't affect your blood sugar levels and has only 2 calories per gram.

L-tyrosine increases your well-being and mental performance. This is because it promotes the production of dopamine, which lifts your mood. Studies show that L-tyrosine also improves working memory. Ideal for gaming or concentrated work.

Why does our energy drink contain pepper extract? It's not about the spiciness, but about function! Many ingredients lose their effect the first time they pass through the liver. This is exactly what piperine prevents - it increases the bioavailability of our ingredients & thus improves the effectiveness of HOLY Energy®.

Green tea in an energy drink? Absolutely - especially if the green tea contains L-theanine! This influences the concentration of neurotransmitters and therefore has a calming effect. Caffeine and L-theanine are known as a dream team: Caffeine gives you a push while L-theanine counteracts the side effects such as nervousness. The result: a pleasant caffeine boost without the crash!

Choline supports the transmission of information in the brain and is essential for the interface between nerves and muscles. You’ll never be at a loss again, every HOLY Energy® contains 500mg of high-quality LipoCholine®.

Panax ginseng has been proven to have many positive effects - people in Asia have sworn by it for thousands of years. Its antioxidant effect protects the cells, boosts the immune system and increases your energy levels. Studies also show that Panax ginseng reduces mental fatigue. An absolute must for HOLY Energy®!

Like choline, inositol functions in the brain as a messenger substance for signal transmission. At the same time, it also has a sweet flavour and hardly any calories!

B vitamins have many benefits: they are great for the brain, and the nerves and reduce tiredness. This is precisely why one HOLY Energy® covers 100% of the daily requirement of six B vitamins!

This all-rounder plays an important role in your body - so a sufficient amount of vitamin C is recommended daily. Vitamin C also helps when gaming or working - as it reduces tiredness and ensures the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin D is also known as the sun vitamin. Too little can lead to hair loss, muscle weakness and a weak immune system. This is the norm rather than the exception in winter. HOLY Energy® covers your daily requirement. Awesome, right?

We keep it natural! That's why we completely avoid artificial flavourings. They're not the worst thing in the world, but they just don't taste great. And because taste is king at HOLY, you get 100% natural fruit flavours in all our drinks.

All or nothing: we don't put artificial colourings in our shakers because many of these substances are suspected of being harmful to health. From turmeric to safflower flowers to beetroot extract - we only use the best ingredients for radiant colours and a clear conscience.

We use Sucralose and Acesulfame K as sweeteners. But why? To replace canned energy drinks, we need great taste and pleasant sweetness! We were faced with the decision: Sugar or sweetener. We know sweeteners are not perfect. But small amounts of them are significantly better than sugar. A normal energy drink has 11 grams of sugar per 100ml - so you exceed the maximum recommended daily dose with a small can. Our amounts of Sucralose and Acesulfame K are so low that even with 3 litres of HOLY Energy® you still remain below the maximum recommended daily dose. Our conclusion: sweeteners are not perfect, but they are clearly the lesser evil than huge amounts of sugar.

We use small amounts of citric acid and Malic acid for a slight acid kick to counteract the sweetness. Malic acid and citric acid are harmless, especially in the small quantities contained in HOLY. Nevertheless, we do not recommend consuming malic or citric acid pure or in large quantities, as this harms your teeth.

We use small amounts of sodium citrate to keep the pH value of the powder stable and thus extend the shelf life. Sodium citrate is harmless. It can be easily processed by the body.

Silicon dioxide serves as a release agent in HOLY and ensures that our powder does not absorb moisture and thus clump together. Silicon dioxide is essential - especially for our red flavours, which contain beetroot extract. Silicon dioxide itself is completely harmless in the small particle form in HOLY.

HOLY Hydration® ingredients

We are in love with coconut - and for good reason: coconut water is naturally rich in electrolytes! It therefore helps to regulate your fluid balance. It also contains various important minerals and vitamins that maintain the normal functioning of our body.

Goji what? We also call them "superfruit" - because that describes them pretty well: goji berries are rich in antioxidants & protect your cells from stress. For example, they slow down the ageing process and strengthen the immune system. The all-rounder also provides a large portion of iron. This can help you feel less tired.

Potassium is important for many functions in our body. The electrolyte helps you to keep your fluid balance in equilibrium. It also ensures that muscles and nerves function well. So it's a perfect helper for sweat-inducing activities such as sport - or whenever you lose a lot of fluid.

Magnesium is involved in many important processes that keep your body running smoothly. Just like potassium, magnesium helps you to regulate the fluid balance in your body. The electrolyte also supports healthy energy metabolism and muscle function. It also promotes healthy skin.

Zinc is a vital trace element and is not produced by the body itself. We therefore need to consume it regularly with food. Zinc strengthens the immune system and actively helps your body to fight off infections and illnesses. Zinc is therefore a real cold killer!

B vitamins are good for the brain and nerves! B vitamins are essential for the human energy metabolism and the nervous system. They can also reduce tiredness. Reason enough for us to add the two B vitamins to our HOLY Hydration® drinks!

Salt is not called white gold for nothing: Rock salt is wildly different. It is extracted from a depth of several hundred metres and is rich in minerals and trace elements. These are important for the nutrient supply and can compensate for a mineral deficiency in the body.

We like it natural! That's why we don't use any artificial flavourings. They're not the worst thing in the world... they're not harmful or unhealthy, but they just don't taste that great. That's why we spare no expense and not only provide you with fruity classics, but also offer you exotic flavours with natural aromas.

All or nothing: We also do not use artificial colourings. From turmeric to safflower flowers to beetroot extract, we only use the best ingredients to maintain our radiant colours.

As described in more detail for the energy drink and iced tea, we deliberately opt for sweeteners instead of sugar. In our opinion, small amounts of sweeteners are much better than 5g sugar/100ml as in normal isodrinks. After all, with 500ml you are already just short of the recommended daily dose of sugar, so we use even more natural sweeteners at your request. That's why our sweetener consists only of stevia & small amounts of sucralose. The amounts are so small that you can drink 4 HOLY Hydration® and still not reach the daily recommended amount of the respective sweeteners. For us, this is clearly the better alternative :-)

Acidifiers (citric acid, malic acid):We use small amounts of citric acid and malic acid - for a slight acid kick to counteract the sweetness. Malic acid and citric acid are completely harmless. Especially in the small quantities contained in HOLY. Nevertheless, we do not recommend consuming large quantities of malic or citric acid, as this can be harmful to the teeth.Silicon dioxide:Silicon dioxide serves as a release agent in HOLY. It ensures that our powder does not absorb moisture and therefore does not clump together. This is particularly important for our red varieties, as they contain large amounts of beetroot extract. The silicon dioxide contained in HOLY is completely harmless in its small particle form.

HOLY Iced Tea® Ingredients

Real tea forms the basis for our HOLY Iced Tea®. This gives each variety a natural taste & a healthy colour. In addition, both black and green tea are easy on the stomach and have an antibacterial effect. They also help to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels - and have a revitalising effect to boot. Sounds nice, right?

We have also added green tea to the base, specifically one with a high catechin content of 30%. Catechins are polyphenols and are among the most powerful antioxidants of all. Like conventional green tea: catechins also have an antibacterial effect and help to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Hop extract not only belongs in beer but also in our HOLY Iced Tea®. Because it has many benefits: Hops are calming, promote sleep and have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It can even help to burn fat.

Even the Mayans valued acerola as a source of health. The juice is one of the three best sources of vitamin C and has an antioxidant effect. So it's perfect for our HOLY Iced Tea®!

Holy Basil in HOLY Iced Tea®? The name is not the only thing that fits perfectly. Like hop extract and inulin, Holy Basil promotes health in the gastrointestinal tract and has an antibacterial effect and soothing properties. Added to this is its incomparable flavour, which is why tulsi is an indispensable ingredient in HOLY Iced Tea®.

Ashwagandha brings you natural relaxation - this power plant has been a star in Ayurvedic medicine for over 5,000 years. Why? Because it is an anti-stress miracle. It helps you to chill out and also ensures a restful sleep - so that you wake up in the morning feeling reborn. That's exactly why ashwagandha belongs in our HOLY Iced Tea®!

We have deliberately opted for sweeteners instead of sugar. In our opinion - small amounts of sweeteners are much better than the sugar content of normal iced teas. With an average of 7 grams of sugar per 100ml of iced tea, you exceed the maximum recommended daily intake with just half a litre. We take your desire for more natural sweeteners seriously. After intensive development, our sweetener only consists of stevia and small amounts of Sucralose. The dosage is so finely tuned that you can drink eight HOLY Iced Teas® without reaching the daily recommended amount of these sweeteners. For us, this is clearly the better alternative :-).
