By participating in the competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

  1. If you have purchased £10 or more of the Promoter’s products, you have been automatically entered, free of charge, into the prize draw. If you wish to opt out of the prize draw, you should send an email with your full name to hello@weareholy.uk. Otherwise, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
  2. You will not be entitled to win any prize under the prize draw if:
    • you purchased the Promoter’s products through the Promoter’s UK website (uk.weareholy.com) but are not a UK resident; or
    • you are not aged 18 years or over; or
    • you are an employee of the Promoter, a member of their family, or their agent; or
    • you are a third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
  3. The opening date for entries is 10:00 GMT on 23 November 2025. The closing date of the prize draw is 15:00 GMT on 2 December 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
  4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  5. Winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 2 January 2026 (the “Draw Date”).
  6. The competition runs across all territories in which the Promoter operates. If a UK entrant is drawn as the first winner, they will be entitled to receive an electronic bank transfer from the Promoter of €50,000 (in pounds sterling, at the prevailing exchange rate as at the Draw Date). If a UK entrant is drawn as the second, third, or fourth winner, they will be entitled to receive an electronic bank transfer from the Promoter of €10,000 (in pounds sterling, at the prevailing exchange rate as at the Draw Date).
  7. Any UK winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 9 January 2026. To claim their prize, they must provide a postal address (if different to the delivery address provided upon entry) and the details of the bank account they have nominated to receive the relevant bank transfer. If any UK winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter with the information required, then that winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner (which may be from any territory in which the Promoter operates) in accordance with the process described above.
  8. If a prize is won by a UK winner, it will be transferred into their nominated bank account within 7 days of their notifying the Promoter of the information required under clause 7 above.
  9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
  11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major UK winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails hello@weareholy.uk within one month after the end of the Entry Period. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at hello@weareholy.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy at https://uk.weareholy.com/pages/data-protection. Please see clause 12 with regard to the announcement of winners.
