I haven't received the thermo shaker. What happened?If you have not received the Thermo Shaker even though you have reached the required order value, it was unfortunately already out of stock.
Important: It will only be delivered to you if it was displayed in your shopping basket during your order and then listed in your order confirmation.
You can always check the availability of such free goodies in your shopping basket before you complete your order.
It's available until 18th of April - you can get it for free with your order until then.
But beware: It may well be sold out sooner.
